Up Side Down gives advantage to spontaneity, risk and 'open end' structure in opposite to usual theatrical conventions. It aspires to challenge the concepts of performing arts for children and to promote the importance of artistic experiences in early years, in the context of both artistic and social experience.

Up Side Down is developed within a series of residencies supported by international partners. Each of the partners involved in the production supports the work with the residency involving local dancers. Performance is produced and presented in each of the partners countries and will be continuously made accessible to the audience.
